Every PMK project runs the same way, whether it's a bathroom or a ground-up build: five stages, one licensed build team, from the first walk of the property to the final walkthrough.

Consultation
We walk the property, talk scope and budget plainly, and tell you if a project doesn't pencil. No pressure, no obligation.
- 02
Plans & Engineering
We review your architect's drawings, coordinate structural engineering, and lock material selections before demo, so the plan you approve is the plan that gets built.
- 03
Permits
We prepare and carry the submittals through the city, Pasadena to L.A. County. You don't chase the counter.
- 04
Build
Scheduled crews, a named project manager, weekly updates, and a job site kept clean enough to live next to.
- 05
Walkthrough & Follow-up
Punch list closed before we call it done. And we still answer the phone in year three. Ask our clients.
