Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Information you submit through our project-inquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, project type and details, timeline, budget range, and property city.
• Whether you checked the optional box consenting to receive text messages, together with the date of that choice. We keep this record so we can show what you agreed to.
• The page you sent your inquiry from. Only if you allow advertising: the ad-click reference and campaign tags from the link that brought you here (for example, a Google Ads click ID), stored with your inquiry so we can tell which ads lead to real projects.
• A temporary callback request identifier and receipt status in this browser tab help prevent duplicate submissions. Your form answers are not stored there.
• Standard server logs collected by our hosting provider (Vercel), including IP address and pages requested, used for security and site operation.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule consultations.
• To operate and secure the website.
• To send you text messages about your project only if you checked the optional SMS consent box. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consenting to texts is never required to request a consultation, and we do not text anyone who did not check that box.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising cookies so that people who have visited this site may later see our ads elsewhere; California law treats that as sharing, and you can opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

Who we share it with (service providers)

• Vercel Inc., website hosting.
• Google LLC, site analytics and advertising (Google Analytics and Google Ads remarketing).
• Fathom Analytics, cookie-free visit counting, only if you allow analytics.
• Our customer-relationship system, which receives your form submission so we can respond.
• Our marketing agency, which administers that system on our behalf and receives inquiry notifications so we can respond quickly.
• Our email provider, where inquiries are received (general@pmkincorporated.com).

Cookies & analytics

With your permission, we use cookies to understand how visitors use this site so we can improve it, and to show our ads to people who have visited it. We do not use cookies to track you across unrelated websites for anyone else’s benefit. Our analytics may record which type of project you picked (for example, “ADU”), but we never put your name, phone number, email, or the details you write about your project into an analytics or advertising tool.

• Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google LLC), which measure page visits and site interactions, and let us show PMK ads to people who have already visited this site. This is the “sharing” you can turn off on our Do Not Sell or Share page. You can also opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Optional analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you choose. Cookie-free traffic counting follows the same analytics choice. You can reject them, allow analytics only, or allow analytics and ads. Change or withdraw your choice on the Do Not Sell or Share page. Global Privacy Control keeps personalized advertising off even if you previously allowed it. Browsing and inquiries work without optional cookies. We remember your choices in this browser when storage is available. These preferences contain no name, phone number or email address.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may request to know, delete, or correct the personal information we hold about you. You also have the right to opt out of the sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly collect or share the information of anyone under 16.

To opt out of advertising, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request and apply it automatically, with no action needed from you. Exercising any of these rights will never cause us to treat you differently or give you a worse service.

Data retention

We keep inquiry submissions for as long as we have an active conversation or business relationship with you, and for our business records afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
