The build story
Mt. Curve Avenue is a ground-up build in the Altadena hills: the old structure came down, and a new detached building has risen in its place under one licensed contract — foundation to finished stucco — along with new concrete work across the property.
The gallery below follows the work in order: demolition and grading with the San Gabriel mountains behind the pad, footing trenches and formwork, the concrete pour, framing week by week, lath and stucco, drywall, interior paint, and the freshly poured courtyard paving. Nothing is staged for the camera — these are the photos our crew takes as the work happens.
This is also the jobsite our prospective clients tour: families judging the quality of the work in person, which is how we prefer to be judged.
