Project Description

This Harvard / Los Angeles remodeling project focused on enhancing the character, warmth, and usability of an existing residence while preserving its distinctive architectural features. The home features a dramatic two-story living area, exposed wood beams, a loft-style upper level, and a brick fireplace that serves as a central focal point.

PMK Development’s work emphasized thoughtful finish upgrades, improved interior flow, and careful detailing throughout the main living spaces. The remodel highlights natural wood elements, warm wall tones, open sightlines, and a seamless connection between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.
